Regarding the accusations against Falun Gong, Human Rights Watch said: "China's efforts to equate the Falungong with terrorists are ludicrous…The charge that Falungong threatens the stability of China does not hold up. Its claim that belief in Falungong is a public health menace is equally bogus. The danger to health comes from the treatment its practitioners receive at the hands of the police and prison officials."

Amnesty International also quoted a Washington Post investigative report stating that the Jiang Regime admits to three tactics in its persecution campaign against Falun Gong: violence, high-pressure propaganda, and brainwashing. The report quotes a Chinese official stating, that "none of it would be working if the propaganda hadn't started to change the way the general public thinks"

An endless current of propaganda that demonizes Falun Gong has been continually broadcast throughout the Chinese society and the international community. It has attempted to justify this persecution, deceive innocent Chinese people into taking part in these crimes, canceled out any possible rival opinion in China, and hampered international condemnation and actions against the persecution of the persecution. The propaganda amounts to a widespread deception of the world's conscience, inflicting damage not only on Falun Gong practitioners, but also on the international community, as the propaganda guides the good people of the world to misunderstand the issues surrounding human rights and international security.
