To investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong; to bring such investigations, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure; to exercise fundamental principles of humanity; and to restore and uphold justice in society.

Today, we gather to commemorate Falun Gong practitioners’ peaceful appeal in Beijing on April 25, 1999. On behalf of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, I remind everyone that although the persecution is still going on, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is at its wits’ end.

As the international condemnation of the CCP’s re-education through labor system grew stronger, the CCP announced the closure of its labor camps in 2013. However, the CCP continues to commit the same crimes in its network of brain-washing centers and black jails. In addition, the CCP no longer hides its crimes behind the so-called legal system. It is now no different from downright gangsters.

The number of kidnapping, illegal detention and sentencing has increased. In 2013, incomplete statistics show 4,942 Falun Gong practitioners kidnapped, 737 sent to brain-washing centers, 796 sentenced without conviction, and 108 tortured to death.
On Feb. 16, 2014, a police officer asked for 5 million yuan ransom, after the local police kidnapped a Falun Gong practitioner in Jinan city, Shandong province.

On March 21, 2014, four Chinese human rights lawyers, defending several Falun Gong practitioners, were detained in a black jail in Heilongjiang province. While in detention, all four lawyers were beaten and all had broken ribs. Three more lawyers and a few dozen civilians went for their rescue, but were also detained. Tang Jitian, one of the lawyers, recalled being told by the police that he would be buried after being harvested of his organs. For fear of his life, Tang Jitian confessed to crimes he did not commit.

All of the above show that CCP has created a lawless society in China.

WOIPFG warn the perpetrators that the only way out is to confess your crimes of genocide, crimes of anti-humanity and crimes of torture. Everyone is responsible for his or her own actions. WOIPFG has started the investigation of CCP judicial system’s involvement in the persecution of Falun Gong.

Many culprits of the persecution, such as Li Dongsheng, Zhou Yongkang, Bo Xilai and Wang Lijun, have met with the consequences of their crimes. After the CCP’s 18th Congress, 453 officials were arrested or under double investigation, 12 high ranking officials committed suicide.

To the Chinese people, as well as the international community, it is time to take a stand against the CCP. In the face of the unprecedented evil on earth, every person and every organization is to be judged in the battle between good and evil. Uphold justice is our responsibility. It’s time for you to take a stand!
