Withdrawing from the Chinese Communist Party is a Divine Blessing for Humanity

Ladies and gentlemen, greetings!

Today we stand here to commemorate the great day of April 25th. On this day 26 years ago, over ten thousand Falun Gong practitioners courageously stood up against the Chinese Communist Party’s authoritarian rule, and carried out a peaceful and rational act to uphold the universal truth.

Today, we also stand here to celebrate the more than 440 million Chinese people who have bravely chosen to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations—the Party, the Youth League, and the Young Pioneers. This great wave of withdrawals marks the awakening of the Chinese nation. The evil force entrenched in China is disintegrating, and the Chinese people are forging a great history.

Heaven will destroy the CCP—this is the will of the people, the will of Heaven, and the inevitable course of history.

“Three Withdrawals” refers to withdrawing from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the Communist Youth League, and the Young Pioneers. The "Three Withdrawals Movement" is a self-reflection movement initiated by Falun Gong practitioners, a movement of awakening for hundreds of millions of Chinese people, and a movement of self-redemption for our nation.

Over the past twenty years, the movement has been peaceful, rational, and as gentle as a silent drizzle—yet immensely powerful. It has reached deep into all levels of society. With calm and even lighthearted conversations, it has been disintegrating the CCP—considered the most evil political party in human history—as well as the largest state-sponsored terrorist organization ever known.

Looking back through history, when humanity has faced the oppression of authoritarian regimes, there have generally been two responses: either rising up in armed rebellion to overthrow the tyranny, or remaining silent and enduring the suffering. Falun Dafa (Falun Gong) practitioners, in the face of the CCP’s brutal persecution, have neither fought back with violence nor remained silent in submission. Instead, they have clarified the truth, exposed the evil, and sought to save people from disaster and danger.

The Chinese Communist Party is a demonic cult that brings disaster to humanity; each of its political campaigns has been a genocidal movement. The "Three-Anti" and "Five-Anti" campaigns, the Anti-Rightist Movement; the decade-long catastrophe of the Cultural Revolution; the Tiananmen Square Massacre, where students were crushed by tanks. And over the past 26 years, the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. The CCP manipulated the entire state apparatus, including the Party, government, military, armed police, judicial system, and medical institutions—to carry out large-scale organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, a genocidal atrocity committed nationwide.

This crime has persisted for 26 years and continues to this day—it is “a crime that has never before existed on this planet.”

Today, the CCP’s state policy of live organ harvesting has extended into all of society, posing a threat to every single Chinese person. In recent years, incidents involving missing women and children, missing primary and secondary school students, and missing university students have frequently appeared in media reports and on social media platforms. Alarmingly, the numbers are staggering. According to the "White Paper on Missing Persons in China" released by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, there were 3.94 million missing persons in 2016. Even in 2020, when pandemic monitoring was extremely strict, the total number of missing persons throughout the year exceeded one million. Where did all these people go? In China, where surveillance cameras are everywhere, the Chinese Communist Party’s police can precisely block petitioners and arrest Falun Gong practitioners—yet somehow, countless missing person cases remain unsolved. Is there a connection between these dis-appearances and the forced organ harvesting atrocities? One day, the truth will come to light. But for now,  the CCP has turned the land of China into a living hell, where every citizen lives under constant threat.

Therefore, we must clearly recognize the evil nature of the CCP in our thinking, uproot its poisonous roots, reject the brainwashing by the CCP systems, break with the CCP from the depth of our souls, and safeguard morality and conscience. Only in this way, can Chinese people attain true self-salvation.

The destruction of the Chinese Communist Party by Heaven is the will of Heaven, and withdrawing from the Party to save oneself is a blessing bestowed upon humanity by the divine. “Heaven's net is vast and wide, yet nothing escapes; good and evil are clearly distinguished. The sea of suffering has a shore—life and death hinge on a single thought.' Those who were once deceived by the most evil cult in history, those who were once branded with the mark of the beast by this evil, please seize this fleeting opportunity!"  Withdraw from the Party to save yourself—obtain a “Certificate of Withdrawal from the Party”.

The evil Chinese Communist Party (CCP) not only brings disaster to the Chinese nation within China, but has also been infiltrating the entire world. They have launched campaigns of 'legal warfare' and 'media warfare' targeting Falun Gong, Shen Yun, and The Epoch Times, and even carrying out transnational persecution, extending its oppression abroad. The CCP is regarded by the international community as the number one threat to the free world. The CCP's attempt to use the media and judicial systems of the international community to wage a "legal warfare" and "media warfare" against the Falun Gong cultivation group and companies operated by Falun Dafa practitioners will never succeed. The U.S. government has introduced legislation to ban CCP members from immigrating or even visiting. You must genuinely demonstrate that you have withdrawn from all CCP-related organizations and fully recognize the dangers of communist ideology in order to move freely within the free world and realize your dream of liberty!

To those who have not yet withdrawn: please act quickly. Before Heaven punishes this evil Party, make a public declaration to withdraw from the Party, the Youth League, the Young Pioneers, and all affiliated CCP organizations. Do not be caught as one of its members and be implicated.

The “Global Service Center for Quitting the CCP” issues a bilingual (Chinese and English) “Withdrawal Certificate. It is the best document for people to prove they have completely severed ties with the Communist Party and taken a stand for their own integrity and safety.

The “Withdrawal Certificate” is a gift from Heaven! It holds historical value and symbolizes your contribution to the great wave of quitting the CCP. It represents the strength you’ve added to peace and happiness in the world. Your righteous and courageous decision not only protects you from being implicated when Heaven eradicates the CCP, allowing you to avoid disaster and stay safe—it also brings you the honor of being recorded in history and grants you divine protection and blessings!

You can visit the Quit the CCP website at tuidang.org. You can also complete the withdrawal process online, independently and conveniently! An electronic “Withdrawal Certificate” will be issued to you immediately upon completion. You can download it, print it, or save it for record.

Since 2020, the Quit the CCP Center has launched a global petition campaign in more than 30 countries and regions, to End CCP – Eliminate the Evil Chinese Communist Party. It has received enthusiastic support from people around the world, with over 4.7 million signatures collected so far. Ending the CCP is the heartfelt wish of people everywhere!

To every Chinese person who has made a “Three Withdrawals” declaration, and to every righteous person who supports the End CCP campaign, let us join together to create and welcome a truly beautiful human society, free from the red demon of communism!

At the same time, we issue a solemn warning to all those involved in the persecution of Falun Gong: the day of reckoning for the CCP is fast approaching. The persecution of Falun Gong constitutes genocide and crimes against humanity, and those responsible will face the most severe trials and punishments in human history. Whether you are a top-level policymaker or a grassroots enforcer, “just following orders” will not be accepted as an excuse—every participant will be held personally accountable.

Turning oneself in, confessing the truth, exposing the dark secrets, and striving to atone for crimes—along with making the Three Withdrawals and obtaining a "Withdrawal Certificate"—is the only way out!

The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) will, as always, continue to thoroughly investigate all crimes related to the persecution of Falun Gong, as well as the institutions, organizations, and individuals involved—no matter how far they try to flee, no matter how much time passes. They will be held accountable. Justice will prevail. Heavenly principles will be upheld. Righteousness will be restored in the human world.

This is our solemn promise before the Divine—we will never give up.
