Summary: Yang Bin, male, Han nationality, born in December 1971, member of the Chinese Communist Party, director and chief surgeon of the Heart Transplantation Center of Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital. In 2020 and 2021, the number of heart transplant cases in Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital ranked fourth in the country for two consecutive years, and third in the country in 2022 and 2023. As of April 2024, the hospital had completed 283 heart transplants. In view of the general background of the CCP’s state crime of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, and since Zhengzhou Seventh People’s Hospital is allegedly involved,  Yang Bin, the hospital’s vice president and director of the Heart Transplant Center, is a major suspect.

Yang Bin, male, Han nationality, born in December 1971, member of the Chinese Communist Party, director and chief surgeon of the Heart Transplantation Center of Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital.

In 2017, Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital applied for the access qualification for heart transplantation to the National Health and Family Planning Commission (now the National Health Commission), and actively prepared for the development of heart transplant technology. Yang Bin was appointed as the director of the Heart Transplant Center. The hospital established a leading group and a technical team, set up a special heart transplant ward, purchased advanced medical equipment, and sent multiple specialist doctors to a nationally renowned heart center to study and learn heart transplant technology.

At the beginning of 2018, the CCP’s National Health and Family Planning Commission approved the professional qualification of heart transplantation at Zhengzhou City Seventh People's Hospital. In 2020 and 2021, the number of heart transplant cases ranked fourth in the country for two consecutive years, and third in the country in 2022 and 2023.[1] As of April 2024, the hospital had completed 283 heart transplants.[2]
