On behalf of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, I stand here to declare a conclusion that will shake the conscience of humanity: The CCP's organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners is not a rumor, not speculation, but a state-sanctioned crime of genocide and a crime against humanity, supported by substantial firsthand evidence and personally acknowledged by the highest levels of the CCP.

Today, I want to talk to you about a seemingly simple question, yet one that concerns the fate of hundreds of millions of people—Who are we?

For more than seventy years, the Chinese Communist Party has never given the Chinese people a choice.

From childhood, you are placed under the control of the Chinese Communist Party. From joining the Young Pioneers, to the Communist Youth League, and eventually to the Party itself, it gradually assigns labels to you; at the same time, it uses every means of state machinery and propaganda to portray itself as the sole representative of China,

Today we stand here not for politics, but for conscience, to let the whole world hear the truth.

Twenty-seven years ago, in Shijingshan, Beijing, inside a steel mill, 361 unarmed Falun Gong practitioners were forced at the CCP’s into boiling molten steel—burned alive, leaving not even bones behind. Their only “crime” was believing in Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Their only “error” was refusing to renounce their faith.
This is not a legend. It is a confession wrung out of an armed police soldier who was there—paid for with nightmares and the torment of his own conscience.

July 20, 1999, was the darkest day in human history. On that day, the CCP started suppressing and persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in every way. countless Falun Dafa practitioners have sacrificed their lives to protect the truth of the universe.

Today, we stand in the capital of the United States, the heart of freedom, to send the loudest and clearest message to the world:

According to investigation results by WOIPFG, recently, The New York Times has disregarded the brutal persecution and atrocities committed by the CCP against Falun Gong practitioners and published a series of reports attacking Falun Gong, covering up the CCP’s crimes of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, distorting facts about Shen Yun Performing Arts, and targeting The Epoch Times. These actions align closely with the CCP’s recent overseas “public opinion warfare”, which is part of its renewed effort to persecute Falun Gong. 

In an effort to revitalize its persecution of Falun Gong, the Chinese regime has launched a new round of attacks targeting the faith’s practitioners outside China, the WOIPFG has learned.

At about 8 a.m. on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) assisted the victims in filing a lawsuit against Wang Keming, director of the Urology Department of Tianjin City Third Central Hospital, in the United States Federal District Court in Los Angeles for suspected involvement in the crime of genocide of forced organ harvesting. The court accepted the case for human rights crimes that violated federal law, issued a subpoena to the defendant Wang Keming, and served it to the defendant himself.

Since 1999, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has wielded its entire state machinery to conduct a genocidal persecution against estimated one hundred million Falun Gong practitioners. This campaign of terror has persisted for 25 years and continues unabated to this day.
