End the CCP and Standing Up for Human Conscience
Ladies and gentlemen,
July 20, 1999, was the darkest day in human history. On that day, the CCP started suppressing and persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in every way. Over the past 26 years, countless Falun Dafa practitioners have sacrificed their lives to protect the truth of the universe.
They have stepped forward without fear for their lives; they defended the universal truth with their flesh and blood; They are not ordinary people; they embody the conscience and glory of this era!
Today, we stand in the capital of the United States, the heart of freedom, not only to mourn the Falun Dafa practitioners who have sacrificed their lives for their belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance" over the past 26 years, but also to send the loudest and clearest message to the world:
The CCP is a state-sponsored terrorist organization!
The CCP is a demon that that brings disaster to humanity!
This is the worst disaster for humanity——
• The CCP forced people to abandon their faith and tortured those who refused to comply.
• The CCP subjects people to imprisonment, brainwashing, and killing;
• What is even more evil is that the CCP-led genocide crime of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners uses living people as organ sources for state-sponsored slaughter!
• This most evil persecution in human history has lasted 26 years and still continues!
As of October 2023, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong had released to the public 866 audio recordings of its investigations and more than 4,000 documentary pieces of evidence. Among them, 66 audio recordings clearly acknowledge or directly testify to the organ harvesting of living Falun Gong practitioners. These include the testimonies of five members of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China and many senior officials, eyewitnesses at the forced organ harvesting scenes, the testimony of Zhang Xiuqin, a Falun Dafa practitioner in Harbin, before her death after her organs were harvested while she was alive, and evidence from numerous witnesses. There are also audio recordings of investigations and evidence collection by 45 hospital presidents, directors, and chief surgeons of 41 organ transplant hospitals (transplant centers). Eight hundred ninety-one organ transplant hospitals (transplant centers) and 9,519 practicing transplant surgeons are suspected of participating in forced organ harvesting.
The investigation results confirm that the CCP's large-scale forced organ harvesting of living Falun Gong practitioners is a crime of state genocide, and the evidence is irrefutable!
On June 17, 2019, the "Independent People's Tribunal" issued a final judgment in London, ruling that the CCP government has undoubtedly committed crimes against humanity and torture by carrying out large-scale organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience, mainly Falun Gong practitioners. The tribunal determined that the government under the rule of the CCP is a criminal regime.
Currently, the CCP regime is using the power of the whole state to carry out a global and transnational suppression of Falun Gong. In the United States, in Canada, and Europe, the CCP has launched a variety of terrorist means such as public opinion wars, legal wars, information wars, and unrestricted wars, intending to suppress the truth, discredit Falun Gong, attack the Shenyun Performing Art and the Epoch Times, and intimidate American citizens, directly threatening.
The CCP exports persecution worldwide, not only to suppress faith but also to pursue its strategic goal of global dominance!
The Chinese people must speak out now!
The free world can no longer accept this!
We observe that the forces of justice in Western society are strengthening.
• In 2020, the United States enacted the Global Magnitsky Act to impose sanctions on CCP officials for human rights violations.
• In 2023, the Canadian Parliament unanimously passed a resolution condemning the CCP's torture and organ harvesting of living Falun Gong practitioners.
• In 2024, the European Parliament passed a resolution calling for visa bans and asset freezes for those involved in the persecution of Falun Gong;
• On June 25, 2024, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Falun Gong Protection Act,
• On May 5, 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives again passed the Falun Gong Protection Act.
Twenty countries and regions worldwide have enacted laws to oppose the CCP's forced organ harvesting. Countries everywhere are waking up! Freedom and faith are not territories that the CCP can trample on!
In 2020, the Global Service Center for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party launched a signature campaign to "End the Evil CCP!" Nearly 5 million people worldwide have signed in support of this effort. Disintegrating the CCP is the will of the people around the globe!
We call on:
The Chinese people should quit the communist organizations for their own redemption and break away from the CCP!
This is a moral decision and a pivotal moment in fate!
This message is not directed at China itself, but at the state terrorist organization that has kidnapped the Chinese people - the CCP. The CCP does not represent China, and it is a demon that harms both China and humanity!
In the global wave of people quitting Chinese communist organizations, 450 million individuals have stepped forward to declare their withdrawal from the party, league, and team associated with Chinese communism. They have chosen a brighter future!
Obtaining a "Certificate of Quitting Chinese Communism" is not only a cleansing of the soul but also a fulfillment of responsibility to history and a commitment to justice!
It is God's will to eliminate the CCP; quitting the Chinese communist organizations to save lives is God's grace!
We warn those still assisting the CCP in committing atrocities:
Since its establishment on January 20, 2003, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) has been collecting and investigating evidence of the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong daily, continuously updating its investigation list. Since publicly releasing the list on December 9, 2004, WOIPFG has issued 18 such lists. As of June 19, 2025, there are 28,228 responsible units and 99,818 responsible individuals. Among them, 11,791 are affiliated with the "610" system and 17,149 with the political and legal commission system; 9,519 doctors and 891 medical units are suspected of participating in the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.
• No excuse of following orders can be used as a reason for exemption!
• International accountability is gradually developing, and the day to hold the CCP accountable is approaching soon!
The WOIPFG will continue to thoroughly investigate all crimes related to persecuting Falun Gong and its associated institutions, organizations, and individuals. No matter where they are in the world or how long it takes, we will pursue them and investigate their crimes to the very end, aiming to enforce divine justice, restore righteousness, and uphold justice everywhere. This is our pledge to God, and we will never give up.
This is not a political confrontation; it’s a showdown between good and evil!
This is not a conflict of ideologies, but a decision about human destiny!
We will not forget, and we will not give up because our promise is not only to the victims but also to God!

In this era of clear separation between good and evil, no righteous person should stand idly by. History will remember those who speak out today, as well as those who choose to stay silent.
