The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong, Australia Branch, announced its establishment on March 26, 2003 in Sydney. The Australian branch will follow the mission statement of WOIPFG headquarters in North America:

"To investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong; to bring such investigation, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure; to exercise fundamental principles of humanity; and to restore and uphold justice in society."

The Australian branch will focus on investigating the institutions, organizations, and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners who are Australian citizens; and/or are family members of Australian citizens. It will investigate the criminal conduct of Jiang Zemin's regime and its followers who bring the persecution of Falun Gong into Australia. It will use all proper channels including litigation to bring them to justice at a proper time and place.
