WOIPFG: Shocking Revelation of the CCP Military’s Dark Crime of Live Organ Harvesting from Infants
Summary
For many years, World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), has continued to expose the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)’s crime of live organ harvesting. The latest investigation shows that the CCP’s military hospitals launched the “infant organ transplantation” experiments more than a decade ago, and they have broken through two major technical bottlenecks in recent years and are gradually moving into large-scale implementation. This dark operation involves the needs of a CCP high-level project aimed at extending the lives of their top officials to 150 years, as well as the vested interests of the elite families in Zhongnanhai. As a result, it has seen rapid development and has led to the establishment of a vast industrial chain involving “farmed infants” and a “black market transplantation” system. Investigations reveal that the infant kidney transplant technology has already matured, with some donors being so-called targeted infants born through artificial insemination from women kept in captivity. According to whistleblowers, military hospital experts have described this as one of the most evil medical crimes in human history.
I. Infant Organ Transplantation: From Experimentation to Implementation
According to WOIPFG’s undercover sources within the CCP, the Chinese military hospitals began secretly conducting infant organ transplants more than a decade ago. Due to the extremely small size of infant organs and their delicate blood vessels, the surgeries were highly difficult and carried a significant risk of thrombosis, thus leading to a high failure rate in the early stages. However, in recent years, this technology has experienced critical breakthroughs, prompting the military medical system to once again shift its focus toward infant organs.
In 2013, Shanghai Changzheng Hospital, affiliated with the former Second Military Medical University, performed three organ transplant surgeries using infant donors. The ages of the donors were 33 days, 50 days and 40 days after birth, respectively.
Zeng Li, chief physician at the hospital’s organ transplant center, stated: “Through breakthroughs in technical capabilities, we have made infant organs clinically valuable. At the same time, we are sending a message to the organ transplant community that these infant kidneys are far from useless — they are, in fact, extremely invaluable medical assets. Currently, we are the only hospital in the entire country capable of performing such procedures. Likewise, patients in need of infant organ transplants can only register and get onto the wait list at our hospital. [1]
In recent years, two major technical bottlenecks have been overcome:
1. Surgical complexity: Military medical teams have mastered the surgical techniques.
2. Postoperative venous thrombosis: A drug developed by Zhejiang University has significantly reduced the rate of postoperative failure.
Investigations show that infant organ transplantation has become a key project promoted by the military due to its advantages of “easier tissue matching, superior organ quality, and the ability of organs to grow and develop naturally with” the organ recipient.
II. The Dark Industry Chain: Enslaved Women and Breeding of Infants for Organ Transplantation
Investigations have revealed the formation of a vast criminal network:
1. Female captivity: Women are illegally abducted (suspected to include Falun Gong practitioners) or purchased, then forced into multiple pregnancies annually to specifically produce infants for transplantation use.
2. Artificial insemination: Sperm from the organ recipient’s family members is extracted for artificial insemination, producing infants with genetic ties to the recipient to ensure successful tissue matching.
3. Induced premature birth: To accelerate organ supply, many infants are forcibly delivered prematurely and used as surgical subjects.
Reportedly, the three main infant organ supply bases in China are located in Shandong, Henan and Sichuan. Some surrogacy and prostitution rings have shifted operations to participate in this system, forming a massive underground profit network.
III. Protection by the Military and Top-Level Officials
A whistleblower — a deputy director and expert physician from a Chinese military hospital — revealed that he once attended an “infant organ seminar” that was, in fact, a black market organ promotion event organized by the Chinese military. Its real purpose was to establish inter-hospital cooperation channels and to expand the supply-demand network.
Even more shocking is that this industry is directly controlled by families of top-ranking CCP officials at Zhongnanhai (the central headquarters of the CCP leadership). This explains why, despite some in the medical field being aware of it, no one dares to speak out publicly.
IV. Methods of Evading Oversight
1. Separation of donor and transplant procedures: Specially trained “organ extraction personnel” perform the organ removal surgeries. Doctors at major hospitals are only responsible for the transplant surgery itself. All organ sources are covered up with “legal documentation” to conceal their true origins.
2. Collaboration between public and private hospitals: Patients are directed to private hospitals to circumvent official oversight, while the actual surgeries are still performed by top specialists from major public hospitals.
3. Secret live organ harvesting bases: A Class-A tertiary hospital in Harbin, which has never officially opened to the public, has been kept fully operational for the past decade. Recently, local residents reported that the facility had been converted into a live organ harvesting site.
V. Expansion of Donor Categories for Live Organ Harvesting
Due to the strong regenerative capacity of organs from infants and young children, along with lower rates of allogeneic tissue rejection, and given that the entire system is state-led and exempt from ethical, legal and procedural oversight, organs from children and newborns have possibly become prime organ donor candidates for life-extension procedures and are viewed as the most promising “human goldmines”.
1. In the early stages, the CCP’s live organ harvesting primarily targeted Falun Gong practitioners. With the mass arrests of Falun Gong adherents, labor camps and prisons across China were filled with healthy and high-quality organ donors from this group. However, as the live organ harvesting industry pursued ever-greater profits — and as demand grew from CCP elites seeking longevity under the so-called “Project 150” (with an aim to extend life to 150 years) — the regime expanded its focus to include infants as organ sources.
2. Additionally, the high incidence of congenital organ diseases among infants in China has created significant demand for pediatric organ transplants in society, further fueling the market.
3. Currently, China’s national “voluntary donation” law has effectively become a cover for live organ harvesting. Whether a donation is truly voluntary is entirely determined by the authorities, making the legal framework meaningless in practice.
VI. Profit Motive and State Complicity
Investigations reveal:
1. Organ transplantation has become “the most profitable line of business for hospitals”.
2. After the COVID-19 pandemic, CCP elite families who lost revenue streams from vaccines and mass COVID testing began pushing to expand the organ transplant market.
3. The government not only fails to investigate, but instead condones — and in some cases, actively participates in — these activities.
VII. Informant Warning
Collusion Between the Government and Underground Gangs An insider has revealed that the vast profit chain behind infant organ transplantation involves a combination of both criminal gangs and official authorities. Exposing this matter would provoke retaliation from both the underworld and the establishment.
Although live organ harvesting is a “semi-open secret” within the CCP, the limited capacity of international investigators has made it difficult to fully uncover the truth. The insider urges that only by obtaining more credible evidence can the international community fully recognize the CCP’s crimes.
VIII. Conclusion
The technological breakthroughs in infant organ transplantation are not scientific progress, but rather “demonic experiments” carried out at the cost of living infants. This represents not only a collapse of medical ethics, but also a profound challenge to human civilization itself.
WOIPFG Calls for
1. Designating the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) as a state terrorist organization.
2. An immediate, comprehensive investigation by the international community into this issue.
3. Sanctions against all CCP-affiliated medical institutions and high-level officials involved in such crimes.
4. The formation of a multinational investigative alliance to prevent the continued expansion of one of the darkest crimes in human history.
