Ironclad Irrefutable Evidence compiles key evidence of the CCP's state-sponsored genocide through forced organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners, uncovered by the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) between 2006 and 2020.

The book contains 290 audio recordings and 764 pieces of documentary evidence, providing detailed background information and data sources for each investigation, and logically demonstrating the relationships between the pieces of evidence. The content includes audio recording transcripts of investigations into five members of the Politburo Standing Committee of the CCP Central Committee and multiple high-ranking officials, such as the Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, the Minister of National Defense, and the Minister of Health of the General Logistics Department of the People's Liberation Army, as well as officials from the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, the "610 Office," and CCP courts. It also includes audio recording transcripts of investigations into 45 hospital presidents, department directors, chief surgeons, and other individuals from 41 organ transplant hospitals (centers) suspected of involvement in forced organ harvesting crimes.
