As Secretary of Jinchang City’s Political and Legal Committee and Director of the “610 Office.” Meng Youzhu is fully responsible for the crimes against Falun Gong practitioners in the area, such as being kidnapped, harassed, and illegally sentenced to forced labor camps and prisons.

During Wang Zhihua’s tenure, more than 100 Falun Gong practitioners were persecuted to death . In Weifang City alone, 47 people died as a result of persecution, 579 were sent to forced labor camps and 69 were sentenced to prison. Many Falun Gong practitioners were arrested, detained, fired, suspended without pay, expelled, de-listed, blackmailed, and displaced.

Dong Jun used his position to kidnap Falun Gong practitioners on unwarranted charges, implemented illegal detention, sent practitioners to labor camps, and sentenced people to forced detention in "brainwashing class" (a class that persecutes Falun Gong practitioners in an attempt to coerce them into renouncing their faith) among other persecution methods. To date, Dong Jun has caused at least 3 practitioners’ deaths, and is responsible for 97 abductions, 29 illegally labor camp sentences, and 52 illegally imprisonments in “brainwashing classes.”

As Warden of Duyun Prison, Guizhou Province, Hou Lide was responsible for the torture, physical disabling, insanity, and death of many Falun Gong practitioners during his tenure from 2002 – 2008.

Chen Shulin has been directly involved in the human rights abuses committed against Falun Gong practitioners since 2010. As the director of the “610 Office” of Hunan Province (the “610 Office” is an extralegal CCP security agency created in 1999 to lead the anti-Falun Gong campaign[2]), Chen is culpable for staining Falun Gong’s reputation and persecuting, torturing, killing, and maiming its practitioners. Though his term of office lasted only three years, in that time, tens of Falun Gong Practitioners were persecuted to death.

As the director of the “610 Office,” Yang Mingde was responsible for all the persecution, torture, and murder of Falun Gong practitioners in Guangzhou City from 2009 to 2016.

As a Head of Domestic Security Division of Binbei Police Station, Dong Ning directly persecuted more than 100 Falun Gong practitioners. He caused the death of two practitioners and had over 30 practitioners sentenced, sent to labor camps, and illegally detained. He also ransacked the homes of over 70 practitioners.

As a former Deputy Party Secretary of Tsinghua University and Principal of Tsinghua University in charge of Falun Gong issue, Zhang Zaixing carried out a series of horrific persecutions against Falun Gong practitioners at Tsinghua University, a prestigious institution of higher education in China. The persecution is widespread and severe, ranking first among all universities in the country.

As Vice President of the Panlong District Court and Deputy Judge of the Criminal Court of Kunming City, Yunnan Province, Yang Xiaoping was involved in the illegal sentencing and persecution of at least 30 Falun Gong practitioners.

Throughout his tenure, Wang Xiankui has followed Chinese Communist Party Leader Jiang Zemin’s policy of persecution against Falun Gong. From August 2010 to March 2017, Wang Xiankui and his subordinates illegally arrested hundreds of Falun Gong practitioners, resulting in at least 62 deaths. Under Wang Xiankui, Heilongjiang Province became one of the most active regions of the persecution against Falun Gong in China.
